GERMAN BUTTERBALL – Yellow skin and buttery yellow flesh, medium size, excellent for mashing and long-term storage.

GREEN MOUNTAIN – Tan skin and white flesh, large potato from Vermont, high yield, excellent storage

MAGIC MOLLY – Dark purple skin and flesh, large elongated potato, superb chips or mashed potatoes.

MAGIC MYRNA – Pink skin and golden flesh, very sweet, Alaska bred variety, medium size and storage.

RUSSET NORKOTA – White flesh and tan russeted skin, early to medium maturity, good for baking and boiling, medium storage.
